Delivery Information
Free UK main land delivery on all orders over £25 excluding vat by 2 to 3 working days delivery service. For orders less than this, a next working day courier service is used at a cost of £4.99+VAT.
Orders over £60 excluding vat eligible for free complimentary next working day delivery in UK mainland.
If you are outside of UK mainland kindly contact us via email for Shipment cost. next working day delivery is not applicable to outside UK mainland.
following destinations are considered as outside mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles. The postcodes that fall within these areas are: All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, KA27-KA28, PH4 - PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM, All BT and PO BOX. Please call or email us for a quote on delivery if your postcode falls into one of these.
All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched on same working. We are closed on weekend and other bank holidays. Order placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Collection is free between Monday to Friday. Kindly arrange the collection via email or over the phone.

All prices quoted on our website, and all amounts are exclusive of VAT at 20%.
Refund & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, you have 28 days to return our product in its original condition and packaging We would cover the shipping cost for the return and resend if we ascertain the issue was caused by our mistake or a fault with the products. Otherwise, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.. Kindly provide us proof of purchase, once the item will be received we’ll inspect that to qualify the refund. If you order wrong item you can return that as well but at your own shipping cost.
Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers
All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned within 7 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s).
Return requests for Special Order products and products shipped direct from the manufacturer must be issued by our Customer Solutions Specialists. Not all Special Order items can be returned. Click here to learn how to create a return.
Returns for Consumable Products
We are unable to accept returned consumable products. This allows us to ensure the products are good to use, untampered with, and have adequate shelf life.
